STEEL PLANT

In our steel plant we have an Electric Arc Furnace with 75 tons of liquid steel capacity and power of 72 MVA transformer.

The actual steel billet production capacity is approximately 860,000 Ton / Year. 

Steel scrap is used as the primary raw material in order produce our products. Our scrap storage field capacity is 350,000 tons.

The liquid steel produced in the electric arc furnace is taken into the ladle furnace with a capacity of 10 MVA, alloying and de-oxidation processes are performed for the steel in accordance with the production standards and steel production is realized in accordance with the customer demands.

Than the liquid steel is transported to the 6-way Continuous Casting Machine by means of the liquid steel casting crane and it is turned into a semi-finished billet by pouring into water-cooled copper molds.
